27 - 28 March 2026 - Holiday Inn Brussels Airport13th Belgian Multidisciplinary meeting on Urological Cancers
In Memoriam: Dr François-Xavier Otte
For more than 20 years, Dr. Otte devoted his career to radiation oncology at the Jules Bordet Institute. Over the years, he developed a recognized expertise in the multidisciplinary treatment of prostate cancer and made a major contribution in several practice changing clinical trials.
Dr. Otte was greatly appreciated by his patients for his humanity and dedication, and by his colleagues for his kindness and availability. He was also a valued board member of BMUC for many years.
His passing is a great loss to his colleagues at the Jules Bordet Institute, to the wider Belgian radiation oncology community and BMUC in particular. We will remember him as a dedicated physician, a highly valued colleague, and above all, a compassionate person.
On behalf of BMUC, we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and all those who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
