Pricing & registration

Target audience of the meeting: medical oncologists, urologists, radiation oncologists and those in training for these specialisms, nurses.
Other medical doctors and industry professionals are also welcome to attend the meeting.
Registration is free of charge for healthcare professionals.
Residents, students and nurses can book an overnight stay at the reduced price of 10 euro, a price of 70 euro will apply for physicians.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your registration free of charge before 4 March 2024. After this date, a cancellation fee might apply.
You can cancel your room free of charge before 1 March 2024. After this date, a cancellation fee will apply.

In case you want to cancel your room:

  • Cancellation deadline: 1 March 2024
  • Cancellations should be sent to info@bmuc.be
  • Cancellations or no shows after 1 March will be charged €80 per room on top of the room rate of €70. (equal to the cost of one single room) 
  • The fee will not be charged due to illness or any other valid reason (proof to be sent to info@bmuc.be), or in case of a name change

Can I choose the days I attend the meeting onsite?

Yes, you can register for Friday, Saturday or both days.

How can I change my registration?

In case you want to change your registration, please contact us at info@bmuc.be.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

It is not necessary to bring a printed ticket to the meeting. Your badge will be ready for your at the registration desk.

Do you offer press registrations?

Journalists who would like to attend BMUC 2024 can contact info@bmuc.be for a press registration. All journalists must send us a copy of their credentials (e.g. press card).
