In any case: if your abstract is approved, your poster will be published online and you are invited to bring the printed version to the meeting.

If your abstract is approved by the board, you can submit your e-poster in PDF format by sending it to info@bmuc.be.
Format: A1 size, portrait style.
Printed version
Please bring a printed version of the poster with you to the meeting on 15 & 16 March 2024. Poster boards and material to hang the poster will be provided by the organisation.
Publication
If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement describing the reasons for the withdrawal must be sent to info@bmuc.be
Posters will be published on the BMUC website and will be visible for all website visitors.
Winning abstract
The winner will receive a separate email at a later stage with more information on the poster contest with oral presentation during the main scientific programme on Saturday 16 March 2024.
